Miles and his crew sealcoated our driveway last month. Midway through they flagged a low spot near the garage apron where water was pooling — showed me photos and explained it without making it into a whole thing. They regraded it slightly before sealing and charged me a fair price for the extra work, nothing crazy. I was on a work call half the time and doing school pickup the other half, so I really needed someone who could just handle it, and they did. Driveway looks clean and even. Would use Delaney's Home Improvements again without hesitation.

Our backyard had been collecting water near the foundation for a couple of seasons, and after two other contractors gave us vague assessments and nothing concrete to work with, we called Delaneys home improvements. Miles came out, walked the whole perimeter, and actually explained what the grading was doing wrong and where the water was going. The proposal made sense on paper, and more importantly, it made sense when I watched the crew work.
The job itself took two days. They brought in fill, regraded the slope away from the house, and installed a channel drain along the back edge of the patio. The finished grade looks clean and intentional — not like someone just pushed dirt around. Since the work was completed we've had several heavy rain events and the water is moving exactly the way it should. No pooling, no muddy patches, and the patio area is actually useable now in a way it wasn't before.
The crew was tidy and left the yard in better shape than I expected. I would absolutley use them again for future work around the property.

Repair looks solid and clean. Crew showed up on time, finished same day. Only thing — they left a small pile of debris on the side of the garage that I had to move myself. Otherwise, no complaints.
