Been laying patios since the Celtic Tiger days.
We've seen every type of ground condition Dublin can throw at you. Clay that won't drain, sandy soil that shifts, and plenty of coastal properties where the sea-spray eats through poor quality materials in a few seasons.
That's why we only use materials that last. No point putting down a lovely patio if it's cracked and stained within two years.
Our bread and butter covers the full range of outdoor work:
We handle jobs from small courtyard spaces right up to large back gardens. Been working across the northside for years now, so we know the local conditions.
The difference between a good patio and one that falls apart is in the prep work and materials. We use proper sub-base preparation, adequate drainage, and source our stone and tiles from suppliers who don't cut corners.
Porcelain tiles are popular now because they don't absorb water like some natural stones. Block paving works well for driveways but needs proper edge restraints or it shifts.
For wooden fencing, we use treated timber that stands up to Irish weather. The cheaper stuff warps and rots within a few years.
We quote fixed prices, not day rates. You know exactly what you're paying before we start. No hidden extras for materials or waste removal.
Most jobs take between three to five days depending on size and complexity. We clean up properly when we're finished.
