Why doing it once, properly, saves you money

When the ground is already open, replacing the sub-base, the paving, and the drainage together is far more cost-effective than coming back to each one separately. A failed sub-base is usually what causes slabs to rock and water to pool in the first place. Sort it all at the same time and the finished surface will last the way it should.

How we work

Honestly, the most common thing new customers tell us is that a previous contractor just laid slabs straight onto sand and walked away. We do not do that. Every installation starts with proper ground preparation, and if the drainage needs attention, we flag it before a single slab goes down.
